Brief about the Team

 Inside Sales is part of the customer experience team of Tata 1mg working on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new customers and closing sales.

 What will you do

1.  Engage in weekly and monthly communication with partners to gain insights into team expectations and provide updates

2. Lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.

3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, offering regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.

4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.

5. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and individual growth.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities to inform sales strategies

What we are looking for

1.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Graduate with 3+ years of relevant experience (in Tele Sales)

3. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

4. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.

5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
