 Brief about the Team :

Video Content and Editing team plays a critical role in providing reliable and accurate health information to the public, and their work is essential in promoting public health awareness and improving healthcare outcomes. We are seeking a talented and experienced content writer to add value to our health content team in creating high-quality, user-friendly, informative, and engaging content on important healthcare topics.

What will you do:

1. Content Creation:

Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content, KOL management, and arranging shoots. Oversee all aspects of video production, including shooting, editing, sound design, and post-production to ensure a polished and professional final product. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging video formats to continually improve content quality and engagement.

2. Project Management:

Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional (Marketing, Design, Product, etc.) to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of video projects. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed for specialized video production requirements.

3. Content Strategy:

Assist in developing and executing the video content strategy to align with overall marketing goals and objectives. Conduct research to identify opportunities for new video content initiatives and areas for improvement in existing content.

4. Content Optimization:

Monitor the performance of video content across on YouTube, and other distribution channels. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, engagement, and conversion rates to refine content strategies and maximize reach and impact. Implement SEO best practices to optimize video content for search engines and increase discoverability.

5. Brand Alignment:

Ensure that all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines, messaging, and values. Collaborate with the brand team to maintain a consistent visual style and tone throughout all videos.

6. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with video editors, graphic designers, animators, and other creative professionals to bring video concepts to life. Provide guidance and feedback to team members to improve video quality and storytelling.

 What are we looking for :

BDS, B.Sc Biology, Microbiology, M.Sc microbiology, Medical science, or any allied healthcare field

Graduate with 1+ Year of Experience in relevant field
