Role: Product Owner – Product Management Team

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring impeccable feature quality and functional alignment of 75F products with the overall product vision. You will act as a bridge between business, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver high-performing and customer-centric products.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering teams to verify and validate features and functionality.
• Match delivered product features against original specifications to ensure maximum performance and end-user value.
• Define, validate, and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/design, analytics, and customer enablement.
• Identify product improvements and work with the Product team to include them in the roadmap.
• Drive product strategy and execution aligned with the prioritized roadmap.
• Ensure integration-level functionality and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Extract and analyze data sets to improve product quality and development outcomes.
• Participate in visioning and concept development of new products and features.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and delivery quality.
• Ensure strong alignment between business needs, customer experience, and technical implementation.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management domain.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Owner in HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or Energy Controls.
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and product development lifecycle.
• Experience in managing products, algorithms, and system sequences.
• Previous exposure to IoT / Embedded / M2M industry.
• Experience in programming and commissioning of HVAC and/or building controls.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with web technologies and software platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
