Able to produce high quality wiring diagrams in Microsoft Visio.

Ability to work with ambiguity and make reasonable assumptions to provide solutions

Familiarity with HVAC, Electrical and Controls System

Duties and Responsibilities

• - Collating the available drawings and models from the client to create a 2D model of the site.
• - Create a 2D model of a given floor plan in case of incomplete or absent drawings.
• - Responsible for the visual appeal of client-facing the layout to be displayed on our web-portal.
• - Working with the Project Support and Commissioning team to generating Drawings and other collaterals to be shared with the client.
• - Create Standards for the drawings and other collaterals to be followed for all projects.

Qualifications

• - Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Design
• - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, MS Visio and as well as other rendering tools
• - Experience in creating aesthetic layout for the Web medium.
• - Familiarity with creating

Work Experience

• - 1 years' experience in creating client-facing layouts and collaterals
• - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• - Experience in working in Building Consulting, Contractor, or as a Designer level
