Job Description:

We are currently looking for a QA/QC Assistant Manager for Absolute. In this role you will:

• Work out a complete QA/QC plan for all the products including but not limited to biologicals, Biofertilizers, bio stimulants, micronutrients, biopesticides, plant nutrient products, plant growth regulators, and other products planned as per the business requirements.
• Ensure timely quality analysis of Raw Materials / Inter-mediate Products / Finished Products.
• Responsible to report any deviation from the specifications stipulated by the company Technology Document.
• Accountable to approve the batch productions of manufacturing based on the forecast of Business.
• Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality of product specifications and raw materials involved in the manufacturing of products.
• To identify and develop new vendors for various Raw Materials and Packing Materials.
• Provide input to various initiatives for manufacturing plant, and cost reduction.
• To understand and implement quality standards like ISO 9001, 14001 and certifications viz., IMO, Ecocert, OMRI etc.

What we are looking for:

• Post Graduate in Science / Agriculture with relevant exp. in QA/QC.
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience in Quality Control/Assurance Functions in Biologicals/ Micro biologicals / Agro-Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals.
• Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
• A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place.
