Job Description

We are currently looking for an Executive – Agronomy for Inera. In this role you will have:

• Strong background in agronomy and knowledge of crops, agri-products, and best agricultural practices.
• Provide technical support to various agriculture and allied activities and respond to queries of the farmers as per the Crop SOPs.
• Ability to develop farmer-friendly content, Crop Sops, region-based advisories, and POPs (Package of practice)
• for different crops, farming practices and effective agri-solutions.
• Stay up to date with developments in agricultural technology and act as appoint of contact for any technical queries
• Engage in farmer and partner research to uncover the learning/insights of field as per the project requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture or equivalent
• Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment
• A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place.
• Building relationships and networks, in a customer facing role with experience in leveraging collaboration technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
