European Sales Manager MEZ-AEROSEAL-Projects (m/f/d)

Are you a networking ace, quickly building contacts and relationships, and spotting worthwhile business opportunities? Then come join us! You will be responsible for generating revenue from new customers and follow a disciplined business development protocol. You'll research industry segments and company profiles, track leads and opportunities, and work closely with senior management and our Aeroseal team to attract additional audiences. You work in a goal-oriented manner, have good communication skills, think and act strategically.

Your tasks:

  • You will develop strategies for our further, exponential growth in the European market in order to achieve our sales goals in Europe with the target groups mentioned.
  • You coordinate these in a team with our licensees and coordinate with them the project development and execution at European level.
  • You independently acquire key account projects and take care of project calculation, project management, handover and commission settlement with our licensees.
  • You coordinate and control the sales cooperation with our licensor Aeroseal LLC in the USA and other stakeholders from the areas of venture capital and the real estate sector.

Your requirements:

  • You are passionate about the topics of energy efficiency and energy saving.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the construction and real estate industry and ideally of building or ventilation technology.
  • You have experience in business development and in the sale of products and services that require explanation or in project business.
  • As a team player, you still work independently, purposefully with a correspondingly high willingness to perform.
  • You have international sales experience with proven sales success.
