HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
SUMMARY:
Aeroseal is looking for a Human Resources Manager who will oversee our organization's benefits, compensation, compliance, and other HR functions. In this role, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs, formulate competitive compensation structures, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. You will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, monitor and enforce compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and maintain effective communication with employees regarding benefits, compensation, and other related matters.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree (typically in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
• At least two years of experience in benefits administration, compensation, and compliance regulations.
• PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Human Resources team and with other departments on policies and procedures. Stay connected on all Human Resources tasks.
• Immigration: Manage immigration processes for employees, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Benefits and Compensation: You will be managing the company’s employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and wellness initiatives. You will analyze and select benefit providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in end-of-year compensation planning, working on salary structures, pay scales, and bonus programs. Managing employee leave of absences, including extended leave, FMLA, and Short-Term Disability, will also be part of your responsibilities, which includes administering medical premium repayment plans and handling other benefit and compensation-related matters.
• Onboarding: Facilitating a smooth and engaging orientation and onboarding experience for new hires will be essential. You will also process benefit enrollments for new employees and address any questions or concerns related to employee benefits.
• Compliance: Staying current with labor laws and regulations will be a key part of this role to ensure ongoing organizational compliance. You will develop and deliver training programs for employees and managers on compliance-related topics such as harassment prevention, diversity, wage and hour laws, safety protocols, and anti-discrimination policies. Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and conducting internal audits to identify and address compliance gaps will also be part of your responsibilities.

The estimated pay range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
