Vice President & General Manager, Aeroseal Europe

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Vice President & General Manager, Aeroseal Europe that will assist us in our mission by leading the transformation of Aeroseal’s business model in the region—from a Master Distributor model to a high-impact, direct-to-end-user service model. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the strategy to scale Aeroseal’s presence and impact across European markets.

The VP/GM will manage this transition in close collaboration with the existing distributor and dealer network, ensuring alignment and value creation throughout the process. This role requires a unique blend of commercial leadership, operational execution, and technical fluency in building systems.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Experience & Background

  • 10+ years of executive or general management experience in construction, building technology, HVAC, energy efficiency, or a related field.
  • Proven success managing both dealer/distributor networks and direct-to-market operations.
  • Deep understanding of the European building construction and renovation lifecycle.
  • Visionary and strategic mindset with the ability to execute in complex, evolving environments.
  • Strong technical fluency in building systems and performance.
  • Entrepreneurial approach with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Preferred Location

Based in a major European city with convenient access to regional markets and travel corridors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Leadership

  • Design and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy across Europe, tailored to geographic or vertical segments as appropriate.
  • Transition Aeroseal Europe from a distributor-led model to a direct service model while maintaining strong partnerships with existing channel players.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities in retrofit and new construction sectors.
  • Build and lead a pan-European business unit including sales, operations, service delivery, and technical support.
  • Establish infrastructure, processes, and KPIs for high-performance service delivery.
  • Drive profitability and sustainable growth through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.

Commercial Development

  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders—building owners, developers, energy service companies, facility managers, and contractors.
  • Oversee regional marketing and sales activities to drive customer adoption.
  • Represent Aeroseal at industry events, conferences, and with government/regulatory bodies.

Technical & Industry Expertise

  • Leverage your understanding of building performance, HVAC, ventilation, and the construction lifecycle to tailor solutions to the market.
  • Stay ahead of trends in energy efficiency, decarbonization, and building standards throughout Europe.
  • Ensure that Aeroseal's offerings are effectively positioned in both retrofit and new-build environments.
