SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for an FP&A Intern that will support our mission by giving a high-potential finance student exposure to corporate finance as a career path through project work in support of broader finance initiatives. THIS IS AN ON-SITE INTERNSHIP.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Actively completing a 4-year degree program from an accredited business school
  • Proficient or above in Microsoft 365, pivot tables, lookups, and other Excel or PowerBI based data analysis tools.
  • Organized with a strong bias towards a logic-based approach to stepping through data and processes.
  • A desire to learn, to build, to improve themselves, other people, and processes they touch.
  • Experience using AI tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Automated A/R consolidation and reporting
  • Integration of NetSuite, Dialpad, Shopify, Salesforce, etc.
  • Ability to easily drill down to key business drivers.
  • Ex. Customer -> PO -> Invoice -> Address/Product Type.
  • Matrix buildout allowing for custom categories, flagging, and tracking.
  • Automatic delivery to account owners of outstanding issues.
  • Potential for suggestive workflows and AI integration.
  • Capitalization planning and reporting
  • Design and build a capex reporting module that fits into our planning tool that replaces the excel files we use today.
  • Automate capex classification of capex actuals.
  • Solve ad hoc transaction reporting with pain points in NetSuite.
  • Understand commercial ERPs.
  • Understand transaction flow (ledger vs non-ledger transactions).

The estimated pay range for this role is $16.00-$20.00. Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location. Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not include bonuses or benefits.
