Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Strategic Key Account Manager to build and grow strong relationships with our key clients. This role combines account management with a consultative approach, focusing on understanding client business needs, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping solutions that create measurable business value.

You will be responsible for long-term client partnerships, collaborating closely with other AGRIVI teams to ensure our clients fully benefit from our services and solutions.

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key and strategic accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business goals and challenges
  • Lead account strategy and planning, including growth plans, renewal strategy, and multi-year partnership development
  • Identify and execute up-selling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with client value and business outcomes
  • Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and account planning
  • Guide clients throughout the full customer life-cycle: adoption, optimization, and renewal
  • Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and value realization
  • Proactively address issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and long-term trust

Requirements that we are looking for:

  • 7-10 years of experience in strategic account management, client partnership, or consultative sales within SaaS, IT services, or software implementation
  • Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of client business needs and experience translating them into solution-based offerings
  • Experience working closely with technical, product, and customer success teams
  • Ability to lead commercial discussions, account planning, and contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Experience working with SaaS subscription models, renewals, or expansion strategies is a plus
  • Background in business consulting or experience with software implementations is an advantage
  • Advanced English knowledge (written and oral), other languages are a plus
