Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to help build and scale AGRIVI AI Engage, an enterprise AI agent platform delivering production-ready conversational and automation solutions across multiple clients and markets.

You’ll work hands-on with Microsoft’s AI ecosystem, combining Power Platform with Azure services, APIs, and custom integrations to design intelligent agents that move from proof-of-concept to real-world production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy AI agent solutions using Microsoft low-code and pro-code platforms including Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry
• Develop modular, reusable functions and custom integrations using Azure Functions, APIs, and custom connectors to extend agent capabilities
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to bot flows, API integrations, Azure services, and system performance
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, architectural diagrams, and best practice resources
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging Microsoft AI technologies and third-party integration opportunities
• Set up and maintain demonstration and proof-of-concept environments for client presentations and sales enablement
• Develop scalable, configurable components that can be deployed across multiple client implementations, as part of product road-map development
• Participate in team knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives

Requirements that we are looking for:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in technical implementation, software development, or engineering roles
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, or similar)
• Working knowledge of Azure cloud services (Foundry, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, or related services)
• Understanding of APIs, REST/HTTP protocols, webhooks, and authentication
• Experience with at least one programming or scripting language (Python, C#, JavaScript, PowerShell, or similar)
• Problem-solving mindset with willingness to debug and optimize technical workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points for:

• Familiarity with conversational AI, agent/chatbot frameworks, or LLM orchestration tools
• Knowledge of AI prompt engineering and model optimization techniques
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as part of day-to-day engineering workflows
• Exposure to data analytics or Power BI for AI reporting and dashboards
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Power Platform
