Demand Generation Specialist (f/m)

We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist who will turn curiosity into clicks, and clicks into customers. If you love creating marketing campaigns, but at the same time are interested in data and what they tell you, you might be just the person we're looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the demand generation process with all corresponding activities.
- Manage and maintain the CRM marketing database by updating and enriching organizational and personal details of contacts, continuously identifying and adding new organizations and people from our ideal customer personas, and keeping all lead and customer data accurate and organized.
- Manage, optimize, and improve every aspect of the inbound demand generation process, from organic traffic growth, website performance, SEO/GEO/AIO, paid traffic (advertising campaigns like search, display, retargeting, etc.), inquiry forms optimization, inquiry qualification process, to booking a meeting and other related activities in the inbound process.
- Manage, optimize, and improve every aspect of the lead magnet contact generation, including capturing leads and assigning them to lead nurturing plans.
- Manage, optimize, and improve every aspect of the outbound demand generation process, from preparing target groups, managing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns, managing communication with interested leads, to booking a meeting and other related activities in the outbound process.
- Own the marketing lead qualification process, from inquiry/lead management, communication with inquiries/leads, with the goal to generate marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and book a meeting with them.
- Help create and optimize lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel, improve their engagement, and prepare them for future demand.
- Monitor and report demand generation metrics across all tracked channels and funnel stages, and provide insights for ongoing improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales team to make sure that demand generation campaigns match target audiences and company goals.
- Stay informed about new B2B SaaS marketing trends and tools to find better ways to reach and convert leads.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Marketing and Communications and the Management Board.
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, retargeting)
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content-led demand generation
- Proficient in Google Analytics, including UTM-based attribution and conversion reporting
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Proven ability to build and interpret campaign performance reports
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable turning numbers into actionable insights
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
