We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of campaigns and initiatives that elevate the cycora® brand to a globally recognized status. Your role will involve strategic planning, creative development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and engagement.

- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement across key markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Product, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Manage external agencies and partners to support campaign execution and creative development.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy and positioning.
- A genuine interest and passion for creating the circular textile economy, ending textile 'waste', and making the world more sustainable.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing roles, preferably in a global or multi-market environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
- Self-motivated demonstrating a high level of initiative and proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing appropriately.
- Strong understanding of digital data analysis and social media KPIs; translating insights into actions.
- Impeccable attention to detail and creative eye.
- Experience in managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel and Sheets.
