- Perform Code maintenance, improvement and/or development work.
- Develop plugins for existing applications.
- Develop internal tools for other teams.
- Collaborate with other team members for code integration and maintenance.
- Providing technical support including troubleshooting, maintenance, and device upgrades to field engineers/customers/partners.
- Interface with the internal engineering team to share field issues and test fixes provided.
- Involve in Customer interactions to help resolve technical issues.
- Involve in system debug and troubleshooting
- Handles issues raised in the right timeframes, to meet SLA objectives.
- File internal bug reports as needed.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure the optimized performance of links and features on the radio devices.
