Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in the telecom or tech industry. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, lead qualification, and pipeline management. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to support our business development and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and engage potential leads through outbound calls, emails and digital channels.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Astrome’s telecom solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies and ensure a steady pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, product demos and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Research target markets and identify key decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Astrome’s evolving product portfolio.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales or lead qualification (mandatory)
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales or lead generation roles.
- Telecom domain knowledge — either through work experience or academic background
- Proven ability to conduct lead discovery, qualification, and pre-sales communication
- Proven ability to conduct lead discovery, qualify leads and manage a sales pipeline.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive) and lead management platforms.
- Solid understanding of telecom products, services or solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
- Prior experience working in a deep-tech or enterprise B2B sales environment
- Experience in qualifying and nurturing leads.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and lead generation platforms.
- Familiarity with wireless communication technologies is a plus
