We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Acquisition Specialist (or Lead Technical Recruiter) with proven expertise in acquiring talent for highly specialized engineering roles. This individual will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top-tier talent across critical domains including Embedded Software, RF Engineering, PCB Design, C++, and System Architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

● Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.

● Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a range of technical positions, including (but not limited to):

- Embedded Software Engineers

- RF Engineers (Digital, Analog, Mixed-Signal) and RF Architects

- PCB Design Engineers (Analog/Digital, High-Speed)

- C++ Software Engineers and Architects

● Utilize innovative and strategic sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, industry networking events, passive candidate outreach, and robust referral programs) to proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

● Conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and career aspirations.

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job requisition and candidate sourcing to offer negotiation, closing, and pre-boarding support.

● Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, providing timely and constructive feedback throughout the process.

● Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rates) to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven hiring status updates and insights to leadership.

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.

● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a strong preference for candidates from product-led companies or R&D organizations.

● Demonstrated strong track record of successfully hiring for complex technical roles, specifically within embedded systems, RF engineering, PCB design, and high-performance software development.

● Exceptional sourcing skills with hands-on expertise leveraging various professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

● Ability to understand technical job descriptions and assess candidate capabilities.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

● Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

● Prior experience recruiting for semiconductor, telecommunications, or deep-tech product development organizations.

● In-depth familiarity and established networks within niche talent markets for embedded systems and RF engineering domains.

● Certifications in recruitment or HR are a plus.
