We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as a Junior Buyer specializing in Electrical Electronics & Accessories buying. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of electrical and electronic components, as well as accessories, to support our organization's needs. This position requires a keen understanding of the electrical and electronics market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Management:

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for electrical electronics and accessories.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers both Local & Global.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements with suppliers.

2. Procurement & Inventory:

• Place purchase orders for electrical electronics and different categories of accessories based on project requirements and inventory needs.
• Monitor and track order status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Address and resolve any issues related to order discrepancies or delays.
• Release on time payments to Suppliers for the received goods.
• Make Shipment to Inventory Records on system & do timely reconciliation.

3. Market Research:

• Stay informed about market trends, new products, and pricing in the electrical and electronics sector.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations on product selection and procurement strategies.

4. Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, sales, and inventory management, to understand product requirements and demand forecasts.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
• Work with Logistics Partners to Get on time deliveries of Shipments.

5. Quality Assurance:

• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that purchased items meet the required standards.
• Address and resolve any quality issues with suppliers.
