Your mission at Atlan 🏡
- Own the end user experience for the tenant, subscription & customer account management product we’re building internally for onboarding and managing new customer deployments across multiple cloud providers. Optimise the UX around the key user journeys like creating, tracking, modifying and deleting cloud infrastructure and features as per a customer’s subscription.
- Understand and move the team’s metrics, such as reducing overall tenant onboarding time, customer & tenant management effort and the per tenant cost with better & transparent guardrails and resource policies.
- Understand the domain, users and the underlying technology of the product deeply, and proactively and iteratively improve the user experience for the end users
- Conduct user interviews to identify areas of improvement in the product and communicate them effectively to the product team
- Collaborate with the Product Manager in defining, prioritizing and enhancing product features with insights from qualitative and quantitative research
- Own the design process end to to end - from concepts, user flows and wireframes to visuals, and shipping of the feature and impact validation - and create high quality deliverables along the way.
- Collaborate with your frontend teammates to define and maintain reusable design components, thus contributing to consistency in the product in the long run.
- Spot process inefficiencies and take initiatives to improve the overall product development process in your team!
- Participate in our design critique sessions and mentor other designers and help them benefit from your expertise and experience

- You enjoy learning continuously and can absorb complex domain related concepts quickly and effectively.
- You have a good conceptual understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, and Multi-Tenancy and eager to build amazing user experiences in this space.
- You bring a few years of experience designing consumer grade enterprise products or complex web applications. Experience working on tooling to support customer operations - such as subscription management, tenant management system, or customer account management portals - will be an added bonus.
- You’ve got a portfolio of work that shows us your product design skills from concept to visual design execution
- You believe in iterating rapidly and don't shy away from taking creative approach to problem solving
- You have strong critical thinking skills - i.e. you demonstrate the ability to deconstruct a complex problem into its base components and figure out the most effective way to solve it
- You're well versed with standard experience design tools and have experience making all kinds of visual design deliverables like icons, product illustrations, micro animations, etc.
- You can communicate effectively and work autonomously - it will be much needed in a remote setup!
