  • At Atlan, we're on a mission to help the Humans of Data do more, together. Our platform empowers data teams to find, understand, and trust their data, so they can make better decisions faster. As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be at the frontline of this mission, playing a critical role in ensuring our customers get the most out of Atlan. You'll be the trusted advisor, problem solver, and technical expert who helps our customers achieve their data goals.

What you'll do

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our customers: This includes troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and guiding customers through complex workflows.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to identify and resolve bugs: You'll be the voice of the customer, working closely with engineers to fix issues and improve the product.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation: You'll help ensure our customers have the resources they need to be successful with Atlan.
  • Develop and deliver training materials: You'll play a key role in helping our customers onboard with Atlan and learn how to use its features effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Atlan features and functionality: You'll be a product expert, able to answer any question a customer throws your way.
  • Work with cross-functional teams as we grow one of the best Customer Support Functions within the SaaS industry.

Who you are:

  • You have a passion for helping people and a knack for solving problems.
  • Prior experience working with Cloud & Data Technologies and proficient in Python
  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You are a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • You are a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bonus points if you have:
  • Prior Experience with data platforms and data governance.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers.
