As we continue our rapid expansion, we're seeking a visionary Enterprise SDR to not only break into our largest, multi-million dollar US target accounts but also to pioneer Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and outbound strategies at Atlan.

You will be instrumental in defining what ABM means at Atlan. As an Enterprise SDR (Major Accounts) at Atlan, you will:

  • Break into the biggest accounts: Strategically outbound into high-potential, multi-million dollar accounts, booking meetings with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Modern sales development arsenal: Drive new pipeline and accelerate existing pipeline by leveraging signal-based selling

  • Craft personalized outreach: Develop tailored messaging and creative campaigns to identify, capture attention and resonate with buying committees at organizations including champion, sponsor, finance ratifier, program leader & more.

  • Leverage innovative strategies: Utilize a mix of channels—LinkedIn, email, phone, and direct mail—to connect with hard-to-reach stakeholders.

  • Collaborate for success: Work closely with sales leadership, account executives, and marketing teams to align on target accounts and execute effective account-based strategies.

  • Become a trusted advisor: Understand the complex challenges in large enterprises and articulate Atlan’s value proposition as the solution.

What makes you a match for us? 😍

  • Proven success in enterprise outbound: 2+ years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably as a BDR or SDR in Enterprise SaaS targeting large accounts.

  • Hunting mindset: A relentless drive to break into enterprise accounts and secure meetings with senior stakeholders.

  • Strategic prospecting skills: Ability to research and identify key decision-makers, develop targeted messaging, and engage through creative, multi-channel outreach.

  • Expert communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate at the executive level.

  • Creativity and resourcefulness: Willingness to think outside the box and use unconventional approaches to get in front of hard-to-reach stakeholders.

  • Tools of the trade: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce and Hubspot), sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach), LinkedIn Sales Navigator & more

  • US Market expertise: Deep understanding of the US enterprise landscape, with experience navigating complex organizational structures and decision-making processes.
