Position Overview
As the Pipeline Operations Manager, you will be a critical player in driving revenue growth by optimizing and scaling our sales pipeline. This is a high-impact role focused on improving sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and overall pipeline health. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and sales operations to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure our pipeline is a predictable engine for growth. This role is based in the US.
What will you do? 🤔
Pipeline Analysis & Optimization: Deeply analyze our sales pipeline data to identify bottlenecks, conversion rate issues, and areas where we can improve the flow of opportunities.
Process Improvement: Develop and implement standardized pipeline processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales team.
Forecasting Accuracy: Work with sales leadership to improve forecasting accuracy by implementing data-driven methodologies and providing insights into pipeline trends.
Sales Enablement: Partner with sales enablement to create training materials and resources that help sales reps effectively manage and progress opportunities through the pipeline.
Technology & Tools: Leverage sales technology (e.g., Salesforce, sales intelligence tools) to automate pipeline management tasks, improve data quality, and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain key pipeline metrics and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations, and sales leadership to align pipeline strategies with overall business objectives.

5+ years of experience in sales operations, pipeline management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and pipeline management best practices.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving sales efficiency and revenue growth.
Bonus points for experience with sales intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach).
