We’re hiring an engineering leader to help us scale our product and deliver AI-native experiences for modern data teams. What will you do? 🤔

• Define and drive technical strategy across areas such as semantic modeling, metadata enrichment, data movement, access controls, and AI-native interfaces

• Architect and scale distributed systems that power large-scale metadata, real-time search, lineage propagation, and intelligent agent experiences

• Build and lead strong engineering teams across the globe, with a focus on clarity, autonomy, and high technical standards

• Work on high-impact technical areas depending on the match between your experience and our evolving roadmap

• Collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate real-world challenges into resilient, scalable systems

• Contribute to Atlan’s long-term roadmap, ensuring engineering investments align with business priorities and emerging market needs
