Atlan is on the search for a Director of GTM Enablement to supercharge our revenue teams. From world-class onboarding to continuous skill development, you’ll be the architect of programs that help Sales, Customer Experience, and Sales Engineering win—faster and smarter.
This isn’t just a training role. It’s a highly visible, cross-functional leadership position, reporting directly to our CRO, with a mandate to shape how Atlan goes to market. What You’ll Do
Own the playbook: Define and evolve Atlan’s GTM enablement strategy, tying every program directly to business priorities and revenue outcomes.
Get reps productive: Drive onboarding and ramp programs that shorten time-to-quota and accelerate productivity.
Lead and inspire: Oversee onboarding, sales enablement, manager development, CX enablement, and knowledge systems — with clear success metrics.
Connect the dots: Partner with GTM leaders, Product Marketing, Operations, and Product to align enablement with strategy and execution.
Design for scale: Build repeatable systems and programs that can scale globally — not ad hoc fixes.
Level up managers: Build leadership capability through coaching frameworks, playbooks, and development programs.
Embed continuous learning: Make ongoing development part of the culture — from role-specific learning paths to structured cadences.
Prove it: Define and track metrics like ramp velocity, quota attainment, and training effectiveness — and show the business exactly how enablement moves the needle.
Influence at the top: Act as a trusted advisor to revenue leadership on readiness, skill gaps, and enablement ROI.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years in GTM enablement, sales training, or revenue leadership, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
Proven ability to design, scale, and measure programs that impact ramp time, quota attainment, and forecast accuracy.
Strong grasp of sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.) and enablement best practices.
Exceptional facilitation, coaching, and communication skills — with experience enabling both ICs and frontline managers.
Analytical mindset, with experience building and reporting on enablement metrics and ROI.
Comfortable influencing cross-functionally and operating at executive levels.
Bonus: familiarity with enablement tools (LMS, call recording, readiness platforms).
