Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments across time zones
- Prepare, edit, and maintain reports, records, and professional correspondence
- Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Perform data entry and assist with document tracking and reporting
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes through coordination and documentation
- Monitor and request office or operational supplies as needed
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Follow company policies and support efficient administrative workflows
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Previous administrative or office support experience (helpful but not required)
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
- Familiarity with administrative systems, scheduling tools, or document management platforms
- Competitive hourly pay of $26–$28 per hour
