Position:

One full-time onsite role based in the Northwest region of Singapore

Candidates must be eligible to work in Singapore without the need for a company-sponsored work permit

Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a GMP/ISO environment in cosmetics, food, pharmaceutical, and biologics, including solid experience in Quality Systems

Experience working in ISO 22716 or ISO 22000 and Halal-certified operations is preferred.

Hands-on experience with designing and implementing Quality Systems for ISO standards will be an advantage.

Job responsibilities:

Report to CEO & CSO

Be the Ambassador of Quality Products and Services of the Group

Act as the Person-in-Charge responsible for the successful development, implementation, change management, internal audit, liaising with external auditors and upkeeping of various quality certifications, documentation, and processes, including but not limited to relevant ISO standards, HACCP, Halal, etc.

If appointed by Management, act as the Quality Champion Team Leader. Work closely with other departments, lead the setting up and ongoing monitoring of quality risk assessment, develop risk management measures, and conduct corrective and preventive measures, such as recall procedures, etc.

Act as an independent party reporting to Management, designing, implementing, analysing, reviewing, and making proposals to improve service quality to prospective and existing customers.

Review and update organisation Quality policy and objectives for Management’s approval.

Prepare, review, and update Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and forms.

Take charge of implementing and managing Quality Management Systems such as non-conformances/deviations, CAPA, change control, document control, training program, risk management, and customer complaints.

Identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards.

Responsible for setup and management of QC laboratory equipment and sample storage.

Develops and implements in-house quality control tests, including microbial tests, etc

Prepares raw materials and finished product specifications.

Performs testing on raw materials and finished bulk and upholds the identity, purity, and quality of all incoming materials.

Responsible for all aspects of incoming and finished product disposition for the site

Review the Production Batch Record for completeness of entries before authorising the release of the finished product.

Responsible for generation and approval of Certificate of Analysis for finished products.

Conduct stability studies on finished products.

Oversee quality shop floor program to ensure compliance with manufacturing operations.

Develop protocols to identify non-compliant materials and products, spearhead the investigation, coming up with corrective and preventive measures.

• Support and work with various departments in procedure reviews and updates, ensure changes are incorporated in a timely manner and assist in the assessment of these changes.

Plan and conduct internal audits as scheduled in the Internal Audit Program.

Plan and conduct Management Review Meetings for ISO 22716, ISO 22000 and other applicable ISO standards and certifications.

Manage third-party certification body audits for ISO 22716, ISO 22000 and other applicable ISO standards and certifications.

Coordinate with respective departments to prepare external audits.

Prepare inspection reports of inspection outcomes and update overall inspection status summary.

5-day week
