Position Description

Senior Brand & Marketing Specialist
Blue Frontier is looking for a high-output, hands-on Senior Brand & Marketing Specialist to work closely with the Head of Marketing. This is a full-stack creative execution role, meaning you are responsible for both the conceptual thinking and the hands-on execution of marketing work from start to finish. You will own initiatives end to end — from the first design sketch through launch and performance review.
This position is ideal for a senior-level professional who prioritizes doing over delegating. We are looking for a creative individual who takes pride in professional-grade craftsmanship and works with software such as Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro to produce polished, production-ready work. You should be as comfortable creating refined visual assets as you are building and deploying a campaign. This role emphasizes direct involvement in execution and ownership of deliverables. It is best suited for someone who enjoys being an active contributor and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

Responsibilities
• Professional Design & Creative Execution
Produce original, professional-grade marketing and sales assets from scratch. You will play a key role in shaping and executing visual work that supports the Blue Frontier brand, as well as internal and external stakeholders (business development and sales team, channel partners, customers, and more). You will ensure all materials meet a consistently high, agency-quality standard. All creative work is produced using Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Vector & Asset Craftsmanship
Create and manipulate vector assets to produce scalable, high-fidelity graphics across digital, print, event, and sales applications.
Digital & Print Production Excellence
Apply a strong understanding of digital and print production standards — including typography, layout systems, color spaces (CMYK vs. RGB), resolution, and responsive design — to ensure work is both visually polished and technically sound.
• Digital Experience Build
Build, update, and maintain high-converting landing pages in Webflow and WordPress, ensuring brand consistency, technical SEO and analytics tracking are implemented correctly.
• Campaign Execution & Deployment
Design, build, and deploy email campaigns and journeys in Pardot, handling segmentation, sequencing, copy, and visual design.
• Audience & Data Utilization
Use ZoomInfo to support audience targeting and ensure clean data flow into Salesforce and NetSuite to support marketing and sales. Excel proficiency is a big plus.
Qualifications
• 5+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in a hands-on marketing, brand, or digital production role with direct execution responsibility.
• Adobe Creative Suite Expert: Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, with strong proficiency in vector artwork and solid working knowledge of photography and video production.
• Design Systems & Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of typography, space, balance, contrast, grid systems, layout hierarchy, and how design translates across web, print, and digital formats.
• Technical Comfort (Creative-Led): Comfortable executing work within modern marketing platforms such as Pardot, and backend websites.
High Visual Standards: A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual judgment, brand consistency, and professional-level design execution.
• Execution-Oriented Mindset: Highly detail-oriented — you proofread your work, catch the broken link and the misaligned element before anything goes live.
