This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Lead at BluSmart Mobility. This person will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategy for its vehicle and charging partnerships program. This will include identifying and qualifying target partners, developing and presenting proposals, and managing the partner onboarding and relationship management process.He or she will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Product, to improve partner experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the financial services or wealth management domain.


  • Identify and qualify target partners for the electric vehicle partnership program
  • Develop and present proposals to potential partners, including commercial modelling
  • Manage the partner onboarding and relationship management process
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the partnership program
  • Track and report on the performance of the partnership program


  • Experience in asset leasing, financial services, wealth management domains or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to program manage multiple priorities across teams simultaneously
