Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and strategic direction. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives, including Fundraising, Strategic Partnerships, M&A, and other corporate development opportunities. This role is ideal for a highly analytical and motivated professional who is eager to make an impact in a fast-paced start-up environment. Responsibilities Analysis: Evaluate new business opportunities and initiatives to help senior management make informed decisions Financial Modelling: Develop detailed financial models for strategic business plans, valuations and assess the financial viability of potential transactions Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate due diligence efforts during fundraising and strategic partnerships, including legal, financial, and operational assessments. Execution: Work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure their alignment (Finance, Business, Operations, Investor Relations, Legal etc.) to ensure successful execution of fundraising efforts and other corporate development activities Partnerships and Alliances: Identify strategic partnerships and alliances that can accelerate the company's growth, impacting revenue/ margin. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including to the board of directors and potential investors. Qualifications: MBA / CA 4-6 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting or related fields.
