We are looking for an energetic Maintenance Shift Executive to take care of maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance Scheduling (PMS):
• Strategically plan and manage PMS for the designated subset of 750 vehicles.
• Collaborate closely with workshop managers to ensure seamless execution of scheduled maintenance tasks.
• General Maintenance Support (GMS):
• Provide technical guidance and support to workshop technicians, ensuring effective resolution of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Facilitate communication between technicians, store incharge, and workshop managers to expedite issue resolution.
• Accidental Ticket Management:
• Oversee the handling of accidental tickets for the designated vehicles.
• Coordinate with workshop staff, insurance providers, and relevant stakeholders to ensure swift and comprehensive resolution of accident-related repairs.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) Adherence:
• Prioritize and manage maintenance tasks to meet or exceed established TATs for PMS, GMS, and accidental ticket resolutions.
• Collaborate with the workshop team to identify and address potential bottlenecks, optimizing workflow.
• Collaborate with workshop managers to implement industry best practices for optimal fleet maintenance.
• Driver Team Management:
• Manage a team of maintenance drivers according to the type of ticket (PMS, GMS, accidental) for timely vehicle pick-up and drop-off.
• Ticket Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance-related activities, including PMS, GMS, and accident-related tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+2 or above.
• Previous experience in fleet maintenance, workshop management, or similar roles.
• Automobile experience will be plus point.
• Profound understanding of electric vehicle systems and components.
• Leadership skills crucial for managing driver teams and coordinating vehicle movements.
