Responsible for training the experience team and ensuring quality is at the best. The role is critical and accountable to effectively create all relevant SOP and bring in standardization. It involves team management , Quality effectiveness and projects that have high experience impact.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Training and audit.
• SOPs are built, defined and signed off.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure qualitative and quantitative analysis based on data which leads to experience
• Develop Training content.
• Ensure all team members are trained via ( NHIP module , Refreshers and new update trainings).
• Responsible for Daily briefing.
• Quality is monitored via regular audits, dip check and PKT.
• Feedback are shared to team on a regular basis and improvement plan is culled out.
• Accountable to identify process gaps , tech issues or any such identifiers which will enable efficiency.
• Manage relationships and alignment of activities with key stakeholders.

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years in any Customer Service industry
• Should have handled Audit and training in the past experience
• Should have handled a minimum of 5 executives , Good at people management
• Good at excel and should be able to do reports independently
• Knowledge on SOP creation

Communication - Excellence communication skills ( both written and verbal).Good at stakeholder management. Team management, Pier coordination

Language Required ( Read, Write , Speak ) - English mandatory (Hindi - Mandatory)

Qualification - Minimum graduate in any discipline.
