Job Description -

Handle customer Interactions via Inbound, chat , email or via outbound calling.

Understand the customer ask and provide appropriate solution or raise relevant tickets to the respective team for follow up and resolution.

Work on L2 tickets, ORM and reporting Keep records of customer interactions with clear documentation.

Follow communication as per guidelines and policies. Take the extra mile to engage with customers.

Responsibilities:

Ensure customer interactions as per set process

Work as senior executive and assist associates on the floor

Reporting Right information shared Follow company policies and process Follow code of conduct Ensure adherence to shift roster

Attend training /refresher session

Skill Communication -

Good at conversing with customers.

Experience oriented ( both written and verbal)

Language Required - Hindi and English mandatory

Experience - Minimum 6 years in any customer service roles ( contact center , email , Social media, chat , Relationship management, Customer service desk management

Sound knowledge of excel and G-Sheets
