Position Overview:

As the Airport Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service/Sales

representatives at the airport. Your main objective will be to approach customers, facilitate bookings,

and ensure a smooth boarding process into our vehicles. This role requires a strong emphasis on

communication skills, sales acumen, team management, and coordination to achieve operational


Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, manage and retain a team of 30-35 customer/sales service representatives along with

ushers stationed at the airport.

  • Develop and implement strategies to approach customers and promote BluSmart’s ride-hailing services


  • Ensure all team members are adequately trained on sales techniques, customer service protocols, and

company policies.

  • Manage rostering, rotation and shifts of all personnel at multiple terminals of the airport.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to drive individual and team


  • Coordinate with airport authorities and other relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with

regulations and maintain positive relationships.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, Marketing, and Technology to optimize

service delivery and customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including passenger counts, revenue, and performance


  • Implement measures to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance of the airport team.
