We are looking for an Account executive who can prepare accounts as per the company policy, can handle and take care of the everyday general accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Account as per company policies and accounting standards.
• Handling regular accounting work.
• Handling general accounting work like billing, daily entries of general Accounting through Tally.
• Reconciliation of Bank, Company’s, Debtors and Creditors, etc.
• Preparation and filing of GST3B, GSTR1,GSTR9 & GSTR9C return & TDS return (26Q and 24Q).
• Bill payment and follow up for Bills Receivable with the parties.
• Cash audit including vouching and verification of all Hubs and head office.
• Make cash budget and comparing them with actual in different scenarios i.e., Branch wise cash
• Budget, Monthly/quarterly/half yearly cash budget.
• Internal audit of all Hubs in Delhi/NCR.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of accounting software like Tally ERP.9 Prime
• Well versed with MS office package (i.e: MS word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
