We are hiring a Finance Manager with 3-5 years of experience who can handle the roles and responsibilities mentioned below.

Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and forecasts. Ensure accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather data and provide insights for budgetary decision-making.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal control processes to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with regulations, and minimize financial risks. Conduct periodic audits to assess control effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor financial transactions and activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive risk management practices.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Management: Provide guidance and supervision to finance team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks, fostering professional development, and maintaining a high-performance culture.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, auditors, and external parties, to address financial-related queries, provide insights, and support decision-making processes

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree/ CA may be preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, ideally including exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. Experience in a supervisory or team leadership position is desirable.
  • Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting requirements. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial analysis, data interpretation, and problem-solving. Ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and make sound recommendations.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using financial software and systems, including advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and financial management tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and potential risks.
  • Teamwork and Leadership: Strong collaboration and team management skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and lead a team of finance professionals.
