Job Summary:-

We are looking for Dispatch Executives to join our city operations team. The Dispatch Executive

will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily city dispatch activities. Strong

attention to detail, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to function under

pressure are qualities that the ideal applicant should possess.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Schedule and coordinate cab dispatch activities for the fleet.
• Communicate effectively with driver partners to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Address and resolve any driver partner issues or complaints related to the assigned trip.
• Monitor and track dispatch operations, reporting key metrics and ride-related issues to the
  
  

team lead in a timely and proper manner.

Requirements:-

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Singular focus on quality.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Should have a sound knowledge of Delhi/ NCR geography.
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience required : 0 to 3 years.
• Strong verbal communication skills with active listening abilities
• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Graduation is mandatory
• Proven experience in cab dispatch management or a related field will be preferred.
