Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct comprehensive on-the-ground market research to gather insights and data based on the marketing team's requirements
  • Plan, strategize, and execute offline marketing activities and campaigns with the help of external vendors
  • Develop and implement BTL and activation campaigns in Bangalore that align with the company's business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the internal marketing team to provide actionable insights across various verticals, help in identifying events and brands to partner in Bangalore
  • Proactively perform in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities across user cohorts in Bangalore

Skillset:-

  • 2-3.5 years of work experience in offline and BTL marketing
  • Proficiency in both Kannada and at least one other South Indian language
  • Strong understanding of various media inventories, rates, and Bangalore's geographic landscape
  • Keen understanding of content preferences for different demographic groups in Bangalore
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, adept at autonomous learning, and highly organized

Qualifications:-

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content.
  • Familiarity with various offline media platforms, trends, and best practices.
