Role and Responsibilities:

• Advanced Data Analysis and Modeling: Lead complex data synthesis+analysis projects, including predictive modeling and clustering to support key business decisions.
• Reporting, Dashboarding, and Visualization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement sophisticated dashboards and visualizations that meet detailed business requirements.
• Programming Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to develop and optimize complex algorithms and workflows. Experience with Big Data - Spark, Hadoop is a plus
• Business Insight and Problem Solving: Apply deep business understanding to identify and solve high-impact problems, guiding junior team members in this process.
• Ad-hoc Analysis and Communication: Conduct in-depth ad-hoc analysis and clearly present actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably within a product company, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior data scientists, while continuously learning and integrating new technologies.
