The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our Corporate clients. The role involves understanding client needs, driving account growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The KAM will act as the primary point of contact between the company and key accounts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and achieving business objectives. Ultimately, you should be able to coordinate and lead projects across operations, growth, customer support, safety, and quality. You will work directly with the Sales head & Regional leaders, monitor results, analyze trends, develop solutions, and track timelines to keep the business on a trajectory of success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.
○ Understand client business needs and challenges to provide tailored
solutions.
○ Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and account objectives.
○ Monitor account performance and ensure the delivery of value-added services.
○ Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
○ Implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty.
○ Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
○ Provide insights and recommendations based on account performance.
○ Work closely with the Product team to communicate client feedback and drive product enhancements.
○ Help the sales team with Implementation of new clients.

○ Provide insights and recommendations based on account performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the Product team to communicate client feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Market & Industry Knowledge:
- Contract Negotiation & Management:
○ Help the sales team with Implementation of new clients.
