Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager - Procurement to lead and manage procurement activities for diverse operations including EPC projects, EV Charging Station Projects, IT procurement, and ERP development.

This role requires strategic thinking, strong vendor management, and contract negotiation skills, with the ability to streamline processes for cost and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. EPC Projects Procurement:

 Manage the procurement lifecycle for large-scale EPC projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.

 Evaluate and onboard contractors and vendors while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

 Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement activities with project schedules and technical requirements.

2. EV Charging Station Projects:

 Source, negotiate, and procure components and equipment for EV charging infrastructure, including civil works, fabrication, EV chargers, transformers, CSS, panels, cables, CCTV, and networking.

 Engage with technology providers for hardware, software, and maintenance solutions.

 Ensure adherence to environmental and regulatory compliance standards for EV infrastructure.

3. IT Procurement and ERP Development:

 Oversee procurement for IT hardware, software licenses, and cloud- based solutions.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ERP systems tailored to organizational needs.

 Negotiate contracts with IT vendors to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

4. Vendor Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure a consistent supply chain performance.

 Conduct periodic performance reviews and audits of suppliers to maintain high-quality service levels.

5. Strategic Sourcing and Cost Optimization:

 Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable cost savings.

 Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and costreduction.

6. Compliance and Risk Management:

 Ensure adherence to procurement policies, legal contracts, and regulatory requirements.

 Mitigate risks through due diligence and transparent procurement

practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience:

 Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

 Proven experience in EPC projects, EV infrastructure, IT procurement, and ERP development.

 Hands-on experience with ERP development and implementation.

Technical Skills:

 Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

 Strong knowledge of IT procurement and contracting for hardware/software solutions.

 Familiarity with EPC and EV industry standards and regulations.

Soft Skills:

 Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

 Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

 Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on cost

optimization.
