Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Video Creator & Community Builder to join our team at
BluSmart. This role blends video production with community engagement, specifically focused
on BluSmart's driver-partner community. You will help elevate our brand presence, connect with
our driver-partners, and foster a loyal and engaged following within this group via various video
first channels.
Role Overview:
As a Video Creator & Community Builder, you will be responsible for developing and executing
video content strategies tailored to BluSmart's driver-partner community. You will create
high-quality videos, build a strong community of driver-partners, and engage them through
content that drives interaction, support, and brand loyalty. Your work will be essential in shaping
the narrative around our brand and ensuring active participation from our driver-partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production & Cinematography
○ To conceptualize, storyboard, and shoot high-quality video content for platforms like social media, YouTube, website, and In-app.
○ To utilize cinematography techniques to capture compelling visuals that tell BluSmart's story.
○ Manage all stages of video production, from concept development to post-production editing.
2. Community Engagement & Growth
○ Monitor community feedback and provide actionable insights to improve engagement.
○ Create and execute campaigns aimed at increasing followers and engagement across social media driver-partner channels.
○ Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine and optimize content strategies.
3. Collaboration & Cross-Team Alignment
○ Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure all content aligns with overall brand objectives and messaging.
4. Content Strategy Development
○ Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy that aligns with BluSmart's brand goals.
○ Identify trends and content opportunities based on audience insights to enhance brand engagement.
○ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or a related field.
● Proven experience of 2-3 years in content creation, video production, and community building, preferably in a D2C or startup environment.
● Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
● Strong cinematography skills with the ability to capture high-quality video content.
● Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter) and strategies
to drive growth.
● Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to produce engaging content that resonates
with the audience.
● Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing content performance.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
