Operations: The Operations team is responsible for the execution and management of the entire sequence of processes required to service the activities of each school and to provide that support at scale in the most cost-efficient and effective way possible. It is the nerve centre that brings all school-level support functions together through different departments – Resolution Team, Revenue Assurance, Facilities and Supplies, Instructional Oversight, School Inspection, IT Operations, and Supply Chain.School Inspection: School Inspection is the auditing function of our school operations (facilities, materials and supplies, personnel and processes) against our standards and policies to ensure all schools maintain an environment where teaching and learning thrive. It ensures compliance through frequent school observation visits and audits; data collected is used to uphold service level standards and validate data used by other teams.About the Role: You will be part of a highly-trained field monitoring team focusing on systematic school-level monitoring to deliver high-quality data to decision-makers and partners. You will audit school management work to ensure compliance with protocols, visit assigned schools to collect data using survey forms, and support school leaders and teachers to troubleshoot issues so learning is not disrupted. The role requires integrity, energy, motivation, and tech-savviness. You will report to the school inspection director/manager/supervisor.What You Will Do:- Make daily visits to two or more schools to conduct audits of operations, tools, materials and processes and record findings via a digital survey form.- Submit daily reports with recommendations on non-compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.- Work with the Support Office to ensure monitoring systems and tools are implemented and maintained by school leaders and teachers.- Expect to work Monday–Saturday (and occasionally Sunday).- Support evolving departmental requests.- Assist Schools, IT, Academics and Operations with field data collection and investigations.What You Should Have:- Minimum 2-year Diploma or equivalent field data collection experience.- Tech-savvy with smartphones/tablets and mobile IT systems.- Strong observational and record-keeping skills; detail-oriented.- Impartial, able to stand firm on audit findings.- Highly flexible; willing to travel/relocate within the country as required.- Physically capable of long field hours, including remote locations/outdoor conditions.- Able to work independently with remote supervision; handle pressure and deadlines.- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.- Problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude.You’re also: a detailed doer; a creative problem-solver; a relentless advocate; a malleable learner; a data-driven decision-maker; a curious investigator.Applications reviewed on a rolling basis.
