Operations Manager

Responsible to: AREA OPERATIONS LEADER
This is a great opportunity for someone who understands field operations, fleet coordination, and customer-facing energy operations, and enjoys working directly with crews to keep projects running safely and efficiently.
The Operations Manager plays a key role in connecting field execution with operational strategy, supporting foremen and technicians while coordinating with internal support teams and customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Support field crews and foremen with day-to-day operational needs
• Conduct site visits and work directly with operational teams and customers
• Coordinate fleet activity, equipment utilization, and job execution
• Assist with operational planning, job execution, and post-job reviews
• Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs
• Support cost control and operational performance across assigned fleets
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to field personnel
• Participate in customer meetings and operational reviews
• Act as a liaison between field teams, customers, and internal support groups
• Promote and reinforce a strong HSEQ and safety culture across operations
• Support incident investigations, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Experience working with Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) operations is required
• Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar field leadership role
• Experience managing crews, equipment, and field operations
• Strong understanding of operational logistics and fleet coordination
• Familiarity with Department of Transportation regulations and operational compliance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to operate effectively in dynamic field environments
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
