QA/QC Manager

Full-time Onsite    |    Seoul, S. Korea    |    Operations

Responsibilities

• Assisting with installation of software or firmware upgrades
• Assisting with import and export of all product lines
• Conducting on-site quality inspections
• Conducting root-cause analyses and creating reports for the Operations Manager
• Handling and responding to customer requests
• Establishing and executing response measures for customer requests
• Performing on-site installation of all product lines
• Troubleshooting, and product control, maintenance, and repair
• Maintaining and analyzing product quality reports and presenting reports to upper management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (STEM degrees preferred)
• 3+ years of on-site quality control or related work experience in a client-facing role

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge or mastery of domestic standards and regulations
• Native-level or professional proficiency in the English language
• Understanding of professional quality management tools and methodologies
• Understanding of import and export regulations

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office and Google Suites
• Slack
