  • A technology enthusiast who loves learning about and testing new tech tools in your workflows.
  • You bring experience and a proven track record from the SaaS, Enterprise B2B, or startup world.
  • Dynamic and adaptable, you thrive in fast-paced environments, bringing innovation and leadership to lead generation strategies and team dynamics.
  • Driven by results and data, with a strong analytical approach to sales performance and market trends.
  • Ambitious and target-driven, you are used to not only achieving but also surpassing sales goals.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, you excel in managing multiple priorities and leading a team towards cohesive goals.
  • With a knack for high-volume sales management, you ensure consistent engagement and follow-through on leads.
  • While independent, you value collaboration and are proactive in seeking and offering support within the team.
  • Outstanding communication skills, coupled with high emotional and cultural intelligence, allow you to connect effectively with diverse clients and team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • As an experienced SDR, you'll lead by example, using your extensive sales experience to drive our growth.
  • Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of email and social channels for maximum engagement.
  • Actively follow up with leads, scheduling strategic discussions and leading high-stake meetings within the organization.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze and report on campaign performance, continually refining sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the commercial team to surpass quarterly lead generation and sales targets, contributing to our broader social mission.
  • Ensure seamless account transitions and CRM accuracy, embodying the role of a process wizard.

Salary, Location & Benefits:

  • Hybrid work model, with 1-3 days a week from our London office for those without remote work experience
  • Fully remote work option for experienced team members
  • Up to 90 days working from abroad for UK employees
