<div> <h3>Job Description</h3> <div id="cw-rich-description"> Technical support officer performs the testing, monitoring, installation and troubleshooting of all SKUs for L4 analysis <ul> <li> Carry out investigations and report all installation issues (IMAX AND TV) reported by other parties. </li> <li> Execute major wrong material , equipment and cable fault repair work for operations and maintenance. </li> <li> Follow frameworks and guidelines for IMAX. </li> <li> Review event summary reports and share update on disturbance on event information. </li> <li> Perform scheduled checks on Power Quality check on System and the communication result. </li> <li> Perform network support services for customers and installers in the regions. </li> <li> Integrate distributed generation sources with the grid. </li> <li> Supports on-the-job training programmes for staff and installers to develop their capabilities. </li> </ul> <div> </div> </div> <div> </div> </div>
