Position Description

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing product, brand, and trade marketing activities to drive brand awareness and support sales efforts across d.light's product portfolio. This role plays a critical part in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer engagement. Supports and drives both offline and online regional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the annual country marketing plan aligned with the overall business strategy.

Implement brand strategy to build strong emotional connections between d.light, its products, and customers.

Lead channel and consumer marketing initiatives to support market positioning and brand growth.

Manage marketing operations to ensure efficient, high-quality, and consistent execution in line with global brand guidelines.

Drive content creation and engagement (Lead generation and conversion) on key social media platforms.

Support customer experience initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Collaborate cross-functionally to foster a motivated, high-performing marketing culture.

Plan and execute integrated marketing and advertising campaigns to build awareness and demand.


Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, preferably involving product, brand, consumer, or trade marketing.

Experience in fast-paced sectors like Energy, FMCG, Telco, or Services is preferred.

Good understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong digital marketing and content development capabilities.

Ability to translate strategies into visual and written marketing assets.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Creative thinking and strategic planning.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.

Ability to adapt global marketing strategies to local contexts.

Commercial acumen to support execution of effective marketing plans.
