Position Description

The incumbent will be responsible for evaluating and identifying trends in sales & distribution by analyzing sales data from both within dlight and outside. This involves collecting and examining data and using the information gathered to create coherent, intelligent reports, then presenting period reports to the team and to management.

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Performance Analysis: -

o   Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

o   Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly reports on sales performance to the sales team and management.

Forecasting and Planning: -

o   Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and projections.

o   Assist in developing sales plans and strategies based on data-driven insights.

Market Research: -

o   Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas, market trends, and competitive analysis.

o   Provide insights on customer behavior and preferences to enhance sales strategies.

Data Management: -

o   Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

o   Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and analyze customer interactions and sales activities.

Sales Reporting: -

o   Prepare and present regular sales reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics.

o   Customize reports based on specific requirements and ad-hoc requests from management.

o   Evaluate, analyze, and prepare sales commissions and other incentives for both staff and partners

Collaboration: -

o   Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

o   Provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time


       Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

       Proven experience as a Sales Analyst or in a similar analytical role of at least 2 years

       Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).

       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

       Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

       Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

       Proven ability to transform policies into data models is a must.

       High level of organization and detail-oriented.

       Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.

       Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.

       Excellent time management.

       Ability to work flexible hours.
