We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead transformative projects from inception to completion.What you will do:- R&D, design, and project development: Lead innovative solutions from concept to execution.- Tender management: Oversee procurement processes, select suppliers, and manage contracts.- Supplier management and quality control: Ensure high-quality deliverables by coordinating with vendors and monitoring standards.- Project installation and O&M supervision: Manage on-site activities and ensure the smooth operation of systems.- Licensing management: Handle all project licensing requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.- Documentation: Prepare high-level project documents and client presentations.- Collaboration: Work closely with the Company’s engineering teams to advance project development.- Client engagement: Support the Business Development department by preparing technical information and providing insights to potential customers.- Budget and timeline management: Keep projects on track and within budget, ensuring timely delivery.Requirements:Education:- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering – MUST.Language Skills:- Highly proficient in English, with native-level writing – MUST.- Proficiency in Russian – a significant advantage.Experience and Skills:- Proven track record of 3+ years in project management, preferably in renewable energy.- Proficiency in SolidWorks – MUST.- Experience in hydraulics – a significant advantage.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Other Requirements:- Readiness for occasional travel abroad.- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy solutions.
