Job Description-

• Study Existing production processes and create a Process Map including Manpower, machine, and methods
• Estimated Budget for Existing Production Process and Production overheads
• Identify process gaps and Scope of improvement 
• Identify the Scope of outsourcing and research for Process feasibility and suitable vendors
• Coordinate with Sourcing for implementation of process Improvements.
